Jennifer Gaughran, Lead Photographer

My whole life I've been interested in capturing feelings with imagery. After graduating with a degree in studio art from UCSD in 2004, I spent my free time working on my paintings and photographing my favorite subjects - my family and our art - in photos. I am elated to branch out into wedding and family portraiture and be able to give others a glimpse of the beauty I see in every scene.

Please email me if you have any further questions. Also, if you would like to view my portfolio of paintings please visit my art website at www.jgsbART.com

Frequently Asked Questions

What are your current package rates?
You can view my 2012 pricing rates here.

What comes with my wedding package or portrait session?
Each wedding package and portrait session includes the photographer’s time and a CD of high-resolution images from your event.

What do I get on my CD?
The CD contains high-resolution digital picture files from the event. The images are a mixture of color-corrected color photos with some black and white/sepia photos.

How long will it take to get my CD?
Please wait 4-6 weeks to receive your photos for Portrait and Family sessions and 6-8 weeks for Wedding photos. One select photo will be posted to my blog within two weeks of your event or session and other select photos will be posted when your CD is ready. If you need one or two photos sooner (such as for thank-you cards) please email me.

What is a/p? I see this watermark on the bottom of some of the photos on your website.
“a/p” stands for “artist print.” If additional editing was done to a photo beyond basic color correction (such as airbrushing, digital effects, or any sort of digital manipulation), then this will be indicated by the a/p watermark. a/p photos are available as prints only, and can be purchased separately on a secure website that I will set up exclusively for your photo session. The original color-corrected digital file with no extra modifications will still be included on the CD for your unlimited use.

I live outside of the San Diego area/want to plan a destination wedding. What are your policies for covering a wedding outside of the San Diego area?
All travel expenses, including lodging, transportation, and food, must be paid for in addition to the agreed upon wedding package.
